Laws “Mac” Bouldin joined Hudson, Reed, & Christiansen in October 2022 upon graduation from the University of Tennessee College of law. While in law school Mac served as a Research Editor for Transactions: The Tennessee Journal of Business Law and completed the Concentration in Business Transactions. Mac also had the pleasure of working as the judicial law clerk under Senior Judge Don Ash and Circuit Court Judge B. Jo Atwood in Rutherford County.

Prior to law school, Mac received his bachelor’s degree in Politics with a minor in Economics from the University of the South in Sewanee, Tennessee. While at Sewanee, Mac was elected by the student body to serve as the President of the Student Government Association and was inducted into Omicron Delta Kappa national honors society.

Mac has deep roots in Murfreesboro and returned to his hometown to continue a long-lasting family tradition of practicing law in Rutherford County which dates back to Judge Granville Sumner Ridley in 1868.

Mac was also in one of the first classes to graduate from Central Magnet High School, which was the first magnet school in Rutherford County.

Mac serves both individuals and businesses by practicing a wide variety of legal matters including civil litigation, criminal litigation, estate planning, and real estate law matters. Mac is admitted to practice law in all Tennessee state courts.
